The Distance Between Us

The Distance Between Us
Kasie West

Okay, I read this book in literally one day of just sitting at the library and then came home and continued to flip the pages of this great book. The characters are very well developed and I fell in love with Xander and his flirtatious personality, what makes the book even better is Caymen's reactions to him. She tends to take everything that Xander says the wrong way. She doesn't realize who he really is at first and when she does she thinks that he may use her considering the fact that he's rich. For Caymen's whole life she's grown up with the stereotype that rich people are not to be trusted and certainly not to be in a relationship with. Caymen starts to fall for Xander and then she realizes that her mother with never approve, her mother has lived a poor lifestyle in a small home(apartment) above her antique doll shop. Overall, this book really grasps you and you want to fight for Xander but you also always have a doubt in your mind that he may be playing Caymen, so its up to you to decide....Xander or Caymen?
